Actor McGuire May Not Be Next Spider Man

Tobey McGuire might not be able to play the lead in the next Spiderman movie, according to sources. The studio has set a mid April deadline to start shooting and it would seem that McGuire is suffering from a back injury from his last movie. They might find a replacement in Jake Gyllenhaal, the star of "Bubble Boy" and "Moonlight Mile".
