Cellular Phone Companies To Allow "Roaming Telephone Numbers"

Finally, the FCC has done something right. In November, the cell phone companies will be forced to create a system whereby a person can keep their same cell number regardless of whether or not they stay with the same phone company. It might not seem like much, but it's a GREAT thing for consumers that felt stuck with a carrier because they had established their cell phone number as theirs.
