Four-Way Stop = I.Q. Test

It's almost laughable how stupid people are. I can't even count how many times I've sat at a yield or four way stop waiting for stupid people because they don't understand the simplest of driving rules. I'm honestly considering going to Radio Shack and buying a bullhorn so I can yell this rule to people, which I found on the official Florida website, MyFlorida.com:

Stop Signs
You must yield the right-of-way to all other traffic and pedestrians at stop signs. Move forward only when the road is clear. At four-way stops, the first vehicle to stop should move forward first. If two vehicles reach the intersection at the same time, the driver on the left yields to the driver on the right.

Simple, easy to understand, and yet people are on the road RIGHT NOW and are sitting at a four way stop, petrified and unmoving, because these simple rules are beyond their comprehension. Tell you what... next time you face a situation like this, look over at the guy in the truck, gestating wildly and screaming. That's me. Do what I say and get your f*cking a** out of the way!
